Registration details
All tickets and conference papers will be given to participants upon check-in at the registration desk. Participants are requested to wear their congress badges at all times for identification and admittance to the conference rooms.

Payment information on either bank transfer or payment via PayPal or credit card will be given to you AFTER complete and successful registration!

Registration fees
Student: | 175 € (+ 100 € after May, 1st 2018) |
Regular participant: | 350 € (+ 100 € after May, 1st, 2018) |
Accompanying persons: | 120 € |
Included in Registration
- Admission to all scientific sessions
- Admission to poster sessions exhibition
- Conference material with final program and book of abstracts
- Ice breaker party on Sunday
- Coffee breaks, lunches at student cafeteria
- Excursion to Margravial Opera House and Eremitage
- Concert at Villa Wahnfried (limited to 75 persons on a first-come-first-serve basis)
Registration fee for accompanying persons include all non-scientific events.
Cancellation and refund policy
Written cancellations received on or before June 15th will be refunded reduced by 50 Euro administration fee. After that date the full amount of the invoice has to be paid. Requests for refund will not be accepted; however, registration may be transferred to another member of your organisation. In this case, please send a note to the organizer.
If the conference is cancelled for whatever reason, fees paid will be refunded. Further recourse is excluded.
